IGOTVISA delivers specialized educational consulting, university shortlisting, study permit guidance, work permit advisory, spousal sponsorship assistance, Express Entry & PNP strategic planning, and pre-departure briefings.

• Personalized profile assessments based on official Canadian immigration frameworks and designated learning institutions (DLIs).
• Document checklists, file organization, Statement of Purpose (SOP) guidance, and application verification.
• Submission assistance and active case tracking through authorized representative portals where applicable.

Clients agree to supply complete, genuine, truthful, and accurate documentation (including academic transcripts, bank statements, employment letters, and identity proof).

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and maintaining confidentiality of all case reference numbers and portal logins.

Service retainers vary based on profile complexity, visa category, and specific representation required. All consulting fees will be clearly documented in a written service agreement or invoice before commencing work.

• Professional consulting fees are distinct from official government processing fees (IRCC, provincial fees, biometrics) and university tuition charges.
• Government and institutional application fees are paid directly to respective authorities and are non-refundable by those entities.

Our refund and cancellation terms are clearly detailed in our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once professional work, document verification, or file submission has commenced, professional fees are considered earned.

Any written dispute or cancellation request must be submitted within 48 hours of retainer signing to management@igotvisa.co.

While IGOTVISA maintains an industry-leading 98% visa success rate and prepares every application with rigorous legal diligence, no immigration consultant or agency can legally guarantee a visa or admission approval.

IGOTVISA is not liable for outcomes, processing delays, or policy modifications enacted by:

• Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or provincial immigration ministries.
• Colleges, universities, or private educational institutions.
• Changes in immigration quotas, category caps, or Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) draw score thresholds.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Montreal, Quebec.
